We were contracted by Edgell Building Inc. to provide design, permit plans and agency coordination for development of a 20,000-square-foot light manufacturing / warehousing facility located withing the Missoula Development Park. A variance request through Missoula County was successfully obtained to allow for the incorporation of off-street truck loading. As part of design and permitting process, a comprehensive grading and drainage design was developed to ensure that stormwater runoff was properly routed away from buildings and parking areas. In addition to design, we coordinated with trust partners to include survey, geotechnical engineering and construction staking.
