Lolo Gravel Pit
Currently in the design phase, this project will restore a previously abandoned open cut gravel mining pit. Overall development plans include a mixture of both commercial and residential uses, including a beautiful development with local amenities for residents. With approximately 200 new residential units, this development will turn an existing eyesore into a thriving community. Our services on this project will include development of phasing and master planning for implementation, water and wastewater design, grading and drainage design and creation of overall development plans for construction permitting.
